Firstfruits was created as a demonstration that excellent, credible advisory services can be delivered within a core business model that does good. And that in doing so, each client and stakeholder sees the benefit.

Firstfruits Services was founded by Ben and Mariya Stanley, and they continue to serve as directors. They had a vision to create a company that could help and love others, do excellent work, mentor and train the next generation, and do so based on a fresh business model that sought to redeem and create mutual benefit.

We want to go beyond being ‘merely’ an ethical firm that does things right. Our desire goes beyond “how” we do things, into the core of what we do and why. We want to do the right things sustainably and consistently.

The vision is to build a trusted, credible and sustainable strategic consultancy, able to serve large multi-nationals, governments and small social enterprises in the same excellent manner globally, whilst benefiting each client, partners, and the surrounding communities.

As we do this, we will experiment with the business model, learning lessons and challenging the norms. We want this to be fun!
